**Role & Responsibilities of a Trading Dealer**:
**1. Trade Execution & Order Management**
- Execute **buy and sell orders** on behalf of clients or the firm.
- Monitor **market movements, liquidity, and price fluctuations** to ensure optimal trade execution.
- Ensure compliance with **risk limits, trading strategies, and regulatory requirements**.
- Use **trading platforms and electronic trading systems** to process transactions efficiently.

**2. Market Analysis & Risk Management**
- Analyze **market trends, news, and financial reports** to make informed trading decisions.
- Identify and mitigate **potential trading risks** through risk management strategies.
- Ensure adherence to **stop-loss limits and position limits** to manage exposure.

**3. Client & Relationship Management**
- Provide clients with **market insights, trading strategies, and financial recommendations**.
- Maintain **strong relationships with clients, brokers, and institutional investors**.
- Assist clients with **account management, portfolio diversification, and trade-related queries**.

**4. Regulatory Compliance & Reporting**
- Ensure that all trading activities comply with **local and international trading regulations**.
- Maintain **accurate records** of all trades, transactions, and communications.
- Prepare and submit reports on **trading activities, market conditions, and performance** to management and regulatory bodies.

**5. Continuous Learning & Strategy Development**
- Stay updated on **global financial markets, economic trends, and regulatory changes**.
- Adapt to **new trading technologies, AI-driven tools, and algorithmic trading**.
- Work closely with the research team to **develop and implement trading strategies**.
- NISM Certification

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
