Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- **Policy Development**: Implement and enforce school policies related to academic integrity, student rights, and teacher conduct, integrating legal insights to address issues such as plagiarism or academic dishonesty.
- **Student Support and Advocacy**:

- **Academic Support**: Provide guidance and support to students in their English studies, including assistance with research projects, essay writing, and literary analysis.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Address and mediate conflicts or disputes involving students, utilizing legal knowledge to ensure fair and equitable resolutions in cases of academic or behavioral issues.
- **Professional Development and Training**:

- **Workshops and Seminars**: Conduct professional development sessions for colleagues on legal issues affecting education, such as compliance with copyright laws or handling student data responsibly.
- **Continued Education**: Stay informed about new developments in both English literature and education law, incorporating this knowledge into teaching and administrative practices.
- **Administrative and Advisory Duties**:
