**Role Overview**:
The Store Executive is responsible for managing inventory, ensuring timely availability of materials, and maintaining accurate records of goods received and issued. This role supports production by efficiently handling stock and coordinating with the purchase and production teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Inventory Management & GRN Processing**
- Maintain and manage store inventory with accurate records.
- Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
- Conduct quality and quantity checks for all received raw materials and items. 2. **Material Issuance for Production**
- Provide materials as per the job card issued by the Production Manager. o Ensure proper documentation and issue goods accurately for production. 3. **Stock Control & Replenishment**
- Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Alert the purchase team about items that are not available or require replenishment.
- Organize materials systematically for easy access and retrieval.

4. **Stock Statements & Reporting**
- Prepare and update stock statements regularly.
- Generate and submit stock reports to management for review and planning. 5. **Compliance & Coordination**
- Ensure proper labelling, storage, and handling of goods.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to align inventory levels with operational needs.

**Required Skills**:
1. **2-3 years of experience**in store/inventory management, preferably in the wooden furniture or manufacturing industry.

2. Strong knowledge of inventory management processes.

3. Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.

4. Ability to read and understand purchase orders, GRNs, and job cards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
