As a Tender Intern, you will support the tendering team in preparing, organizing, and submitting proposals for bids in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and other tender opportunities. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing tender processes, coordinating with various departments, and understanding compliance and market trends.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- ** Tender Documentation Support**
- Assist in reviewing tender specifications and requirements.
- Prepare and organize documents for bid submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain templates and databases for tender-related documents.
- ** Research and Analysis**
- Conduct research on tender opportunities in target markets.
- Analyze competitor bids and pricing trends.
- Gather information to create competitive and compelling proposals.
- ** Coordination and Communication**
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, finance, technical) to gather required inputs.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely submission of bids.
- ** Process Improvement**
- Assist in updating tender logs and tracking bid statuses.
- Contribute ideas to streamline tendering processes.
- ** Compliance and Quality Assurance**
- Ensure all documents meet legal and organizational standards.
- Check the accuracy and completeness of bid submissions.

**Skill required and Qualification**:

- ** Education**: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- ** Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Should have knowledge of govt. procurement portals.
- knowledge of how to search the tender.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical and research skills.
