**Qualification: Any UG/PG degree**

**Experience: 6 months to 3 years experience in Tecalling/Client/Customer care/Customer Relationship.**

**Location: Pusanampatti, Chinnamanur**

**Salary: 9k to 12k plus Incentives. ( Based on Experience)**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Maintaining data integrity by ensuring accurate, consistent, and up-to-date customer information.**:

- **Using CRM systems to manage relationships and track customer interactions.**:

- **Identifying and addressing customer complaints.**:

- **Overseeing interactions between customers and key team members.**:

- **Analyzing customer behavior to predict future needs and interactions.**:

- **Developing new ways to meet customer needs and improve customer service.**:

- **Working with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
