_Responsible for operations and maintenance of Effluent Treatment Plant, Sewage Treatment Plant & Water Treatment Plant_
- _Checking the status of each unit in ETP and taking appropriate action to rectify any problem._
- _Ensuring that the required equipment is available to all ETP and incinerator operators and issuing proper PPE to contract workmen employed in ETP / Hazardous Scrap yard, barrel cleaning area._
- _Issuing manifest to the scrap material lifted every day._
- _Checking all the collection pits in the plant and ensuring the pumping of water to ETP so that there are no overflows._
- _Updation of the daily report of treated water - QR PRD and QR EMS (all QRs & ERs updation) regularly.._
- _Ensuring the smooth running of the Centrifuge without fail._
- _Maintenance of 5S and TPM_

**_Daily Analysis Activities:_**
- _Finding out Total Suspended Solids (TSS), TD, PH, COD, BOD concentration of Raw, Primary Clarifier, secondary settler and treated water._
- _Analysing the “Mixed Liquor suspended Solids” (MLSS) concentration in the Aeration Tank._
- _Finding out optimum dose of chemical for primary treatment using the Jar test method_
- _Working knowledge on SAP Code and SAP movement_
