**We are hiring for Healthcare Recruiter role for our Vadodara office location**

**Designation: Healthcare Recruiter**

**Timing: 7pm-4am**

**Location: Vadodara**

**5 days working, Sat-Sun off**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Should be aware with Healthcare terminologies.
- Will be working on direct **Pharma/Healthcare** client requirements related to Doctors, Nurses, Lab technicians etc **(Healthcare Nursing)**:

- **Recruit Nurses (Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed vocational nurse, Certified nursing assistant, Case Manager)**:

- **Recruit Therapists (Physical therapist, Occupational Therapist,)**:

- Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Healthcare clients in the US.
- Thoroughly understanding and working on the requirements of the client and fulfil them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
- Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
- Responsible in mentoring team too in accordance with individual recruitment.
- **Excellent communication** skills; including listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Graduation or above
- **Relevant experience in Healthcare Recruitment or in Healthcare domain.**:

**Interview Process: In-person interview at Vadodara office**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
