**Requirements**:

- We are looking for someone who:

- Has a special place in their heart for HR or psychology and has more than 2 years of experience in these areas;
- Possesses excellent communication skills and can create warm, sincere relationships with everyone, regardless of personality type or temperament;
- Has excellent knowledge of English and Hindi;
- Has the ability to listen, negotiate, and communicate in a way that makes everyone around him or her feel valued and understood;
- Has experience with Google tools such as Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc;
- Ready to jump into action, whether it's a big project or a small task.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide people in your area of responsibility with advice on HR and ecosystem processes, ensuring that everyone always has someone to turn to;
- Ensure that everyone has a great experience in the ecosystem. Ensure that each team member has enough support in their daily work to achieve exceptional results. Guide new members through the onboarding process to make them feel at home from day one, hold regular 1:1 meetings, etc;
- Support our leaders. Provide information, recommendations and ideas on managing and motivating people. Help our managers to do their best to ensure that the results are the best and everyone in the team is satisfied with the cooperation;
- Build and cultivate strong, trusting relationships with people in the PIN-UP team, creating a community where everyone feels part of something bigger;
- Help to organize and coordinate internal events that not only bring us closer together, but also celebrate our achievements and milestones;
- To be an active participant in promoting our internal and external brand, demonstrating what makes PIN-UP a unique and great place to work.
