**Job Purpose**:
Responsible to manage the below tasks for warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
- Receiving materials
- Issuing materials
- GRN process and documentation
- Record maintenance

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive products from vendor deliveries and unload the trucks at the loading docks.
- Verify the physical receipt VS actual billed, pick the random samples and pick the package to measure the actual weight
- Verify the vendor invoice with company purchase orders and ensure that the products of each delivery match the packing list or tax invoice.
- Goods Receipt Note process and GRN label printing
- Forwarding the GRN to quality approval and purchase department for payment process.
- Throughput planning for the receipted inwards
- Stock arrangement & compatibility wise storage
- Receive return material from customer if any and forwarding the information to sales with necessary document against RMA
- Delivery challan preparation for all the stock transfers, job works, repair & return materials.
- Customer dispatch planning and material picking from warehouse for daily dispatches. Coordinate with transporter for material loading.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Any Degree
- 4+ years of Experience in Warehouse
