Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Explain partnership opportunities, product benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently.
- Follow up with interested leads and guide them through the signup process.
- Maintain daily records of calls, responses, and conversions in CRM tools.
- Work closely with the Channel Partner Manager to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated with product features, offers, and customer feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales
- Franchise Selling experience is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Confident and persuasive attitude.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
