UI & Graphic Designer

**About The Role**

UI & Graphic Designer will contribute to the design and visual communication needs of the company by creating user interfaces, marketing collaterals, and digital assets. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with the company's brand guidelines and user expectations.

**What Describes You Best**
- Bachelor's degree in design, fine arts, or a related field (Good to have).
- 1-3 years of experience in UI and graphic design, with a focus on digital interfaces and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant software.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles (optional but preferred).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in user interface design and graphics creation for digital and print media.
- Creativity with attention to detail and a passion for clean, user-centered design.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
- Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles (good to have).
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Knowledge of design systems, typography, and color theory.
- Experience in creating marketing collateral (banners, brochures-print media, social media creatives).
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI and graphic design projects.
- Familiarity with cross-platform design (web and mobile).

**What will you Own**

As a UI & Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for supporting the design team in the creation of visually appealing and user-centered designs across various digital platforms.(Design Assets, Creative collaterals, marketing materials)

**How will you spend your time at Eclat**
- Conceptualizing, designing and producing creative designs for UI, graphics and other marketing collateral to support our brand and product offerings. Collaborating with senior designers on UI/UX projects.
- Collaborating with the marketing/customer success team to develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotions.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques, and bringing innovative ideas to the team.
- Working with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral.
- Managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of all deliverables.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
