- 3~6-year Hands on Operating experience in CNC machine like HMC, VMC, VTL, Turning centre.
- Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc
- Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
- Mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
- Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions.
- Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.
- Being able to Handle the CNC machines without guidelines.
- Ability to involve and execute Continual improvement in process/product (Kaizen, Poka yoke).
