**Position Overview: Sales Counselor - Inside Sales**

We are looking for dynamic fresh graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience who are passionate about education, sales, and career guidance. As a **Sales Counselor**, you will connect with potential learners, understand their career goals, and guide them toward suitable learning programs that enhance their professional growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand each learner’s educational background, career aspirations, and skill development needs
- Recommend appropriate upskilling programs tailored to individual goals
- Drive enrollment and achieve weekly/monthly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate and timely records of communication and follow-ups in CRM systems

**Who Should Apply**:

- Freshers eager to build a successful career in EdTech sales and counseling
- Professionals with 0-3 years of experience in B2C sales, academic counseling, or career guidance
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about helping learners succeed
- Willing to work from our Thane office (in-person role)

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
- Prior experience in sales, EdTech, or counseling is an added advantage
