**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Delivery**:

- Conduct interactive and engaging sessions on Current Affairs for various batches.
- Present comprehensive analysis of recent events, trends, and issues in a manner easily understandable by students.
- **Material Preparation**:

- Develop updated study materials, notes, and question banks on Current Affairs.
- Regularly review and refine the content to ensure it is aligned with the latest exam patterns.
- **Exam-Oriented Preparation**:

- Focus on exam-specific topics, including national and international news, government policies, economics, environment, and science & technology.
- Train students in answering Current Affairs-related questions accurately and effectively.
- **Student Guidance**:

- Provide personalized guidance and support to help students improve their understanding of Current Affairs.
- Conduct periodic quizzes, mock tests, and group discussions to assess and enhance student performance.
- **Research and Updates**:

- Stay updated on recent developments and ensure the delivery of accurate and timely information.
- Monitor reliable sources like newspapers, magazines, government reports, and online resources for relevant updates.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Political Science, International Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of teaching Current Affairs for competitive exams is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret and explain complex issues.
- Proficiency in creating and using multimedia tools for teaching.
- In-depth knowledge of competitive exam patterns and syllabus.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
