**Your Role**:

- Completion of Sampling and analysis on time as per turnaround time.
- Compliance to KPI and ensure first-time right analysis.
- Analyse the samples for retesting as per timelines and providing data.
- Analysis of data and trending and Participate actively in trainings
- Maintenance of logbooks, registers, and documents in QC online
- Maintains all analytical equipment/instruments in QC and Maintains a neat and orderly workplace and office.
- Prepares necessary standards and stock solutions as necessary.
- Document results and observations as per department guidelines (e.g., Lab Notebook, Project Files)
- Communicates technical results to supervisors, customers, and colleagues.
- Monitor all parameters as required in a shift and records all observations during shift.
- Knowledge and Practice of Quality management system
- Implement Kaizens to cut costs, reduce safety hazards, raise purity, or suggest changes to improve batch-to-batch consistency
- Compliance with KPI and ensure first-time-right analysis.
- Writes and revises procedures, Understand and follow processes & procedures laid down in QMS and Ensure compliance to QMS
- Knowledge and Practice of Quality management system
- Involvement in investigations to identify the reasons for any defect in quality.
- Implement Kaizens to cut costs, reduce safety hazards, raise purity, or suggest changes to improve batch-to-batch consistency.
- Strives for continuous improvement by being a member of the Root cause analysis (RCA) team to investigate the reasons for any defect in quality etc.
- Works on suggesting improvement procedures to cut costs, reduce safety hazards, raise purity, or suggest changes to improve batch-to-batch consistency.

**Who you are**:
A detail-oriented analytical professional with a robust background in the pharmaceuticals, specialty chemicals, and CRO industries. With 2 to 5 years of experience in various analytical techniques and methodologies, this individual excels in data analysis, problem-solving, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Expertise includes method development and validation utilizing a range of techniques such as HPLC, GC-MS, LC-MS, NMR, IR, Titration, and CHNS analysis, along with data interpretation. There is a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results that drive project success.

Thriving in collaborative environments, this professional is passionate about leveraging analytical skills to contribute to innovative solutions. Strong communication abilities enable effective conveyance of complex information to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding across teams.

Experience: 2 to 5 Years in the pharmaceuticals, specialty chemicals, and CRO industries.

Education: master’s Chemistry/biochemistry/Analytical chemistry/Bio tech./M. Pharm/ PHD

**Mandatory Skills**

**Analytical Techniques Proficiency**: Expertise in HPLC, GC-MS, LC-MS, NMR, IR, Titration, and CHNS analysis.

**Method Development and Validation**: Strong experience in developing and validating analytical methods in compliance with regulatory standards.

**Data Analysis and Interpretation**: Proficient in analyzing complex data sets and interpreting results to inform decision-making.

**Problem-Solving Skills**:Ability to identify issues, troubleshoot analytical problems, and implement effective solutions.

**Collaboration and Teamwork**: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and contribute to project goals.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
