**Account Executive**

**Location: NIBM Road, Pune**

**Salary: 20 k-25 k**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Maintain organized files for documentation.
- Process bills and payments efficiently.
- Create invoices and generate receipts accurately.
- Match checks with corresponding invoices.
- Conduct bank reconciliations regularly.
- Oversee payroll processing.
- Manage inventory effectively.
- Prepare sales and collection reports, as well as financial statements.
- Ensure legal compliance and coordinate with the Chartered Accountant (CA) as necessary.
- Maintain thorough record-keeping.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for performance evaluation.
- Utilize data for lead generation activities.
- Conduct follow-ups with architects and B2B clients.
- Background in commerce with proficiency in Tally.
- Presentable appearance and smart demeanor.
- Good communication skills; partial English communication is acceptable.

**Compensation**:

- Variable component up to 15,000 THB.
- Annual bonus of 20,000 THB upon completion of one year.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 1 year (preferred)
