**Ownership & Accountability**:

- **Project Management & Prioritization**:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- **Internal Collaboration & Contribution**:
Participate in practice-building activities, training sessions, and contribute to internal initiatives with the same level of commitment as client-facing projects.
- **Mentorship & Team Development**:
Mentor and guide junior designers and interns. Help build a strong UI/UX team by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- **Self-Driven Growth**:
Take initiative to enhance personal skills, team deliverables, and contribute towards improving overall design processes and standards.
- **Design Leadership**:
Work independently with mínimal guidance. Capable of understanding business domains and stakeholder expectations to create intuitive, scalable designs.
- **Business Analysis Aptitude**:
Demonstrate business analysis capabilities. Able to translate high-level ideas or detailed specifications into compelling UI/UX solutions.
- **Design Standards**:
Deliver user-centric designs adhering to international standards and trends, ensuring a seamless experience across platforms.
- **Internal Project Contribution**:
Actively work on internal projects with equal priority as client projects. Uphold quality and creativity regardless of the project’s origin.
- **Marketing & Thought Leadership**:
Contribute to AIMDek’s marketing initiatives by writing blogs, creating case studies, designing whitepapers, and conducting webinars or meetups.
- **Process-Oriented Design**:
Follow a structured design process: from sketches to wireframes to high-fidelity mockups, ensuring mínimal rework.
- **Iteration & Innovation**:
Embrace continuous improvement through multiple design iterations—especially in internal projects—bringing fresh ideas and refinements with every version.
- **Skill Enhancement**:
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry innovations to bring fresh thinking into projects.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful UI/UX design projects
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar
- Understanding of responsive and accessible design principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a user-centric mindset
- Experience working in agile development environments is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
