**Job Description: Installation Supervisor**

**Elevate Parking Systems LLP** is seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Installation Supervisor** to oversee the installation and commissioning of our advanced parking systems at our project site in **Bhandarli Village, Shil-Kalyan Phata**.

**Key Responsibilities**

The Installation Supervisor will be responsible for the complete on-site management of the installation process, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
- **Supervision & Management**:

- Directly supervise and manage the installation team, including fitters, technicians, and laborers.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor progress to ensure adherence to the project timeline.
- Maintain strict compliance with site safety regulations and company quality standards.
- **Technical & Quality Assurance**:

- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications for the installation of **Elevated/Multilevel Parking Systems**.
- Conduct regular quality checks of materials and workmanship throughout the installation process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and site-specific challenges promptly.
- **Coordination & Reporting**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the site team, project management, and clients/contractors.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports, detailing work completed, resources used, and any deviations or delays.
- Manage and account for on-site inventory of tools, equipment, and materials.
- **Commissioning & Handover**:

- Oversee pre-commissioning checks and final system commissioning.
- Ensure all necessary documentation for testing, commissioning, and handover is accurately completed.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of **5+ years of experience** in supervising the installation of heavy machinery, material handling systems, elevators, or, preferably, **automated/multi-level parking systems**.
- Proven track record of managing construction/installation crews effectively.
- **Skills**:

- Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of standard safety procedures and best practices in the construction environment.
