**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Timely Dispatch Coordination**:

- Ensure accurate and on-time dispatch of orders to customers.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to prioritize and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Verify and cross-check dispatch documents, including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.

**Customer Service**:

- Address customer inquiries related to dispatch status and delivery timelines.
- Resolve issues related to delays, incorrect deliveries, or other customer concerns promptly.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates on order status.

**Logistics Management**:

- Coordinate with logistics partners and delivery personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Handle logistics escalations and negotiate solutions to avoid delays.

**Record Maintenance**:

- Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods, including delivery acknowledgments and returns.
- Monitor inventory to ensure availability of stock for dispatch.

**Process Improvement**:

- Identify bottlenecks in the dispatch process and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in dispatch or logistics operations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
