**Job Title**: Graphic Designer Intern (Training + Paid Internship Opportunity)

**Location**: Mohali | On-Site | Full-Time Internship
**Salary**: ₹3,000 - ₹6,000 per month (after training)

**About the Role**:
After successful completion of the training, interns will receive a **stipend of ₹3,000 - ₹6,000 per month** during the internship phase, with the potential for a **full-time salaried position** based on performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in designing engaging creatives for social media, marketing materials, and web content.
- Create visual assets such as posters, banners, thumbnails, and digital ads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and brand guidelines.
- Support in preparing design drafts, mockups, and presentation materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for creative campaigns.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks and maintain design consistency across platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva**.
- Familiarity with **AI-based image generation/editing tools** (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of **typography, color theory, and layout composition**.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to feedback constructively.

**Bonus Skills (Good to Have)**:

- Basic knowledge of **video editing or motion graphics**.
- Awareness of **current design trends** and social media aesthetics.
