**Job Profile-Product Trainer**

**Position**: Product Trainer School Division

Working Experience : 3-4 years of work experience with EdTech or Curriculum Company.

**Qualification** : MA/ BA from Reputed institutions. Flair for training teachers will be considered as added advantage.

**No. Of posts : 1**

Instructor Location**:Lucknow

Fluency **- In English and Hindi**
- **Core Competencies**:

- 1. Working experience in school or **Edtech** company
- 2. Facilitate the learning process as per the pre-decided curriculum.
- 3. Offer specific guidance or workshops in areas of expertise.
- **Responsibility**:
1. Develop a schedule to assess training needs

2. Managing operations for the projects, Interacting with multiple schools on daily basis, managing the ERP, IT and Soft Skills).

3. Track and compile Training/Trainers data.

4. Communicate training needs and online resources.

5. Prepare Monthly Training of Trainer calendar and share to each School

6. Responsible for Trainer's Assessment & Certification.

7. Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials.

8. Diligently attend our Train the Trainer program before conducting independent trainings

9. Internal Product Trainer interacts with our Edubull teams

10. Train new joiners and clients as part of the onboarding plan.

11. Train the Edubull team on new features in the testing platform.

12. Diligently attend our Train the Trainer program before conducting independent trainings

16. Create suitable training materials.

17. As it's an agile development team so features are constantly being added. Thus you must be able to work well with the dev team too and learn new features rapidly.

18. Create an FAQ document as answers all questions.

19. Measure the efficacy of the training.

20. This is a solo role. The trainer will be leading the training team as we expand.
