**Role Description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures to customers.
- Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and resolving billing discrepancies.
- Team player with excellent communication skills

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and build rapport with customers.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft excel, and other relevant tools.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
