**Security Officer Responsibilities**:

- Patrol hospital premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, and disturbances.
- Monitor and manage access control systems, visitor logs, and staff ID verification.
- Operate and maintain CCTV, alarm, and surveillance systems.
- Respond swiftly to security breaches, disturbances, and emergency codes (e.g., Code Blue, Code Red).
- Write detailed incident and daily activity reports; maintain documentation for audits.
- Assist in the safe handling of aggressive or non-cooperative individuals when needed.
- Support crowd control during outpatient surges, VIP visits, or emergencies.

**Fire Safety Responsibilities**:

- Inspect fire alarm systems, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, hydrants, and emergency exits regularly.
- Conduct and participate in fire drills, evacuation exercises, and safety audits.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with fire safety regulations (NFPA/IS standards/local codes).
- Educate staff on fire safety procedures, evacuation protocols, and use of firefighting equipment.
- Maintain updated fire safety records, reports, and certificates of compliance.
- Coordinate with local fire departments and emergency services for preparedness and inspections.
- Report and escalate any hazards or violations to facility or safety management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum: Bachelors or Diploma in Fire & Safety Management preferred.
- 6 - 10 years years of experience in security and fire safety; hospital/healthcare experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of fire detection/suppression systems and emergency procedures.
- Familiarity with healthcare safety standards (e.g., NABH, JCI, NFPA).
- Good communication skills (written and verbal); ability to write clear incident reports.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
