**Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily **packing operations** of auto spare parts and ensure adherence to company standards.
- **Assign and monitor work** for labour teams to maintain smooth workflow.
- Ensure correct **labelling, packaging, and documentation** of each product before dispatch.
- Coordinate with the store/purchase team for replenishment.
- Monitor **labour attendance, discipline, and performance**.
- Ensure all safety and housekeeping standards are followed on the shop floor.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to maintain continuous productivity.
- Coordinate with the **dispatch and quality control** teams for timely and accurate order completion.
- Maintain daily **production and manpower reports**.
- Train and guide new labourers and helpers for better efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2-5 years** of experience in production or packing supervision, preferably in the **automotive or spare parts industry**.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good understanding of **packing processes, quality checks, and dispatch coordination**.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of Computer is an advantage.
- **Qualification**: Graduate / Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Production, or relevant field.
