**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with the development team to understand software requirements and design comprehensive test plans and test cases.

2. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Selenium WebDriver to validate software functionality, performance, and security.

3. Implement and enhance test automation frameworks to improve efficiency, scalability, and maintainability of automated tests.

4. Execute automated test suites, analyze test results, and report defects to the development team using issue tracking tools.

5. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.

6. Work closely with Quality Assurance (QA) engineers to identify test scenarios, prioritize testing activities, and ensure adequate test coverage.

7. Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in test automation to enhance testing processes and methodologies.

8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test automation, software defects, and performance bottlenecks.

9. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.

10. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on test automation best practices, coding standards, and software quality assurance principles.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Software Tester or QA Engineer with a focus on test automation.

3. Strong programming skills in Python and experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver.

4. In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.

5. Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and maintainable automated test scripts and test cases.

6. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

7. Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and working in cross-functional teams.

8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

10. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
