**JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Overview**:
Reports to Area Office Administrator / Manager - CSE.

Supervises Documentation clerk.

Liaise with CSE Engineer / Drafting / Admin, Operations Engineer / Field Engineer, PMT (ME / FE / Caspian), Document Control (ME / FE / Caspian), Main Document Control and QA / QC.

**RESPONSIBILITIES: Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Lead Document Control Section in Offshore Dept.
- Control the inflow and outflow of document for Offshore Operation as a whole
- Manage & keep track of documents in signature cycle (using Calendar)
- Manage common network folders for the following
- Drawings & documents for Projects/Bids/Barge & E&M
- Engineering Calculations (software models, electronic copies etc.)
- Manage and updating share point / FTP server for remote locations
- Administer the Offshore library of books and CDs
- Provide input data for Marine Construction Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
- Generate weekly & monthly (project-wise) Manhour report to project coordinators for CSE

**QUALIFICATIONS: Essential Qualifications and Education**:

- 3-5 years experience in oil & gas industry with Major Contractor or Consultant
- Degree in any discipline
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Document Control Data Base Management System.
