Sales Executive - Work from Office, Bangalore

**Timings**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
**Employment Type**: Full-time | On-site
**Compensation: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 Per Annum (in-Hand)**+ 3% Sales Incentives (Higher slabs on target achievement)

Aniks Furniture Studio is a premium furniture brand based in Bangalore, offering luxury and custom-made furniture solutions. We collaborate with interior designers, architects, and developers to bring style, comfort, and craftsmanship together for modern spaces.
**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and connect with interior designers, architects, and developers to promote our products.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Conduct showroom tours and product presentations.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams for custom orders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and share updates with management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (preferably in furniture/interiors/B2B).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Presentable, confident, and self-driven.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
**What We Offer**
- Fixed salary ₹15,000 - 20,000 / Month
- 3% commission on all confirmed sales (higher slabs for top performers).
