**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Facilitate AI-Guided Learning**:

- Support students as they navigate personalized learning modules powered by AI.
- Interpret and act on AI-generated insights to help students progress meaningfully.
- **Mentor & Motivate**:

- Conduct regular 1:1 and group check-ins to motivate, mentor, and guide students.
- Encourage metacognitive strategies, curiosity, and goal-setting.
- **Bridge AI and Human Insight**:

- **Track Progress & Intervene Smartly**:

- Monitor AI dashboards and learning analytics to identify learning gaps.
- Design short interventions, challenges, or projects when students need reinforcement or enrichment.
- **Collaborate with Educators & Designers**:

- Provide feedback on AI content accuracy and learner engagement.
- Collaborate with curriculum designers and data scientists to optimize learner pathways.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Science, Math, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-3 years teaching or mentoring experience (formal or informal).
- Passion for educational innovation and student-centric learning.
- Comfort using digital tools and willingness to learn AI platforms.
- Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.

**Bonus Points For**:

- Experience working in a hybrid or self-paced learning environment.
- Familiarity with platforms like Khan Academy, Duolingo, ChatGPT, or adaptive LMS systems.
- Exposure to design thinking, growth mindset frameworks, or project-based learning.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
