**What success looks like in this role**:

- Acts as the primary point of contact for testing facilitators, executors, and validators. Direct the work product and processes by balancing the team's capacity and schedule.
- Leads all efforts relating to testing and/or coordination of release control efforts. Plans and reviews test models for product test and release control (e.g., plans, data, and scripts).
- Lead and drive Performance Test and Regression Test activities.
- Drive Automation Test activities in the project and increase automation test percentage.
- Takes responsibility for the complete integrity of a solution. Interfaces with the client's IT managers and users on technical issues.
- Applies industry or domain knowledge to deliver solution recommendations.
- Constructs solutions for integration projects that involve multiple systems.
- Integrates solutions from one or more areas of specialization into existing client environments.
- May provide sales and/or proposal support as requested, prepares packaged presentations, and conducts demonstrations.
- Identifies ways in which new products and/or modifications or enhancements to current products can be successfully implemented.
- Defines test plans and criteria for acceptance. Defines testing quality standards, guidelines, and testing methodologies for the team. Assists in defining the test strategy and release planning.
- Ensures the effective adoption and utilization of testing tools. Ensures the review of test artifacts and tracks to closure.
- Has hands on experience in one or more automation testing tools and has the ability to coach junior staff.
- Provides technical presentations to internal and external clients.

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:

- Bachelors’ or Master’s Degree in related field preferred.
- 15+ years of Testing experience within the IT Industry.
- Experience in Banking Domain with 10+ years’ experience in working on UK Mortgages and Savings market.
- Experience in Unisys Financial Services System with good functional knowledge.
- Establishing and evolving formal Test automation practices, test processes, methodology, standards, and hygiene for agile development efforts.
- Experience in executing Performance Test and Regression Test activities.
- Leading and mentoring Test team members including automation across a global team.
- Building and executing automated test scripts with automation tools like Selenium/Webdriver, Appium and other similar tools.
- API testing through tools such as SOAPUI, Postman.
- Performance testing through tools such as JMeter.
- Defect tracking and test case management using software systems like Azure DevOps.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
