Food Server

This position is for "**PUNJAB FILM CITY**" near Fatehgarh Sahib (Punjab) - **Position**:Food Server - **Reports To**: Head Chef **Position Overview** The Food Server will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests dining within Punjab Film City’s Restaurants, Buffet, Cafés, and Food courts. This role ensures timely order taking, accurate food delivery, and a pleasant dining experience, reflecting the cultural warmth and hospitality of Punjab. **Key Responsibilities** - Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables. - Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen. - Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring correct orders and presentation. - Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns immediately. - Ensure tables are clean and ready for the next guests. - Handle billing and payments accurately (cash, card, or digital). - Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth and timely service. - Support colleagues during peak hours and events. - Maintain cleanliness of work areas and service zones. - Adhere to health & safety policies of Punjab Film City. **Skills & Qualifications** - **1**+ years in hospitality, food service, or restaurant environment. - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Basic knowledge of food & beverages. - **Language**: Punjabi, Hindi, and basic English preferred. **Working Conditions** - Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays. - Long hours on feet; must be able to carry trays and serve efficiently. - Work outdoors during Music Videos and Films Shooting. - Staff meals and accommodation provided.
