**Profile Introduction**:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Commi 3 with expertise in South Indian cuisine to join our culinary team. As a Commi 3, you will play a crucial role in assisting with food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and contributing to the overall success of our South Indian culinary offerings.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**: Assist in the preparation of South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, sambars, and a variety of curries.
- **Ingredient Handling**: Properly handle and store all ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality.
- **Station Organization**: Keep the kitchen station organized, clean, and in compliance with hygiene standards.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate and expedite orders efficiently.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure the quality and consistency of South Indian dishes by following established recipes and presentation standards.
- **Adherence to Standards**: Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment.

**Requirements**:

- **Culinary Skills**: Proficiency in South Indian culinary techniques and a strong understanding of traditional South Indian recipes.
