**Job Position**:Sample Cordinator

**Company Profile**:Fashion Brand/ Apparel Manufacturing Company

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating and managing the sampling process for garment designs and prototypes.
- Scheduling and tracking sample development according to project timelines making TNA
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Conducting quality inspections to ensure samples meet required standards.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records of sample details with trim chart.
- Communicating and coordinating with internal teams throughout the sampling process.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during sampling.
- Contributing to process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
- Keeping showroom and merchant room fabrics and samples in place properly tagged and marked organised fabrics and trims for fast and easy retrival.
- Person should be able to make basic khaka.
- Know how of basic techniques of manual and computer embroidary.
- Know basics of print development.
- Knowledge of woven fabrics, shrinkages, grain line and markup planning.
- Knowledge Pantone colour.
- Follow up with different vendors.
- Know how to measure garments.
- Basic know how of sample cutting
- Making of trim chart.
- Able to understand designer and work as per instuctions.
- Abilty to work as a team.
- Clicking Photography and making ppt
- Know how of availbity of trims
- Keep fabric record of all greige ,dyed ,printed fabric and trims used in samples. There width ,gsm, shrinkage,purchased from, date, there quality, stock register of sample fabrics.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct thorough quality checks on samples to ensure they meet the required standards, including fit, construction, and overall aesthetic.

**Deliverables**:

- High-quality and accurately developed samples of women's woven garments.
- Timely and efficient coordination of sample development and delivery.
- Comprehensive and up-to-date sample records and documentation.
- Regular sample reports to communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Effectiv collaboraetion with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and implement necessary changes in the samples.
- Smooth handover of approved samples to the product development team for bulk production.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- making Khaka: 2 years (preferred)
- basic techniques of manual and computer embroidary: 2 years (preferred)
- Womens fabric: 2 years (preferred)
