Pgt Maths Teacher

**Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching Mathematics**:

- Deliver high-quality lessons in Mathematics to senior secondary students (Grades 11 and 12).
- Develop and teach engaging lessons that cover all aspects of the Mathematics curriculum, ensuring students have a strong understanding of key concepts.
- Use a variety of teaching methods, including problem-solving, discussions, and technology, to engage students effectively.
- **Curriculum Development & Lesson Planning**:

- Prepare detailed lesson plans and organize teaching resources to deliver lessons in an organized and comprehensive manner.
- Modify and adjust the curriculum to meet the needs of individual students, ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed.
- Regularly evaluate the teaching materials and methods to ensure they align with student needs and syllabus requirements.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Foster a positive, respectful, and productive learning environment in the classroom.
- Implement effective classroom management techniques to maintain discipline while encouraging student participation and engagement.
- Create an inclusive environment that accommodates various learning styles and abilities.
- **Assessments & Evaluation**:

- Conduct regular assessments (quizzes, assignments, tests) to evaluate students’ understanding and progress.
- Provide timely feedback on assignments, projects, and exams to help students improve and refine their skills.
- Prepare and administer exams that assess students' knowledge of key Mathematical concepts.
- **Individualized Student Support**:

- Monitor the academic progress of students and suggest appropriate study materials, strategies, and techniques.
- Identify students' strengths and areas for improvement, helping them set academic goals.
- **Parent Communication & Reporting**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents to provide updates on students' progress and academic development.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss students’ strengths, areas for improvement, and strategies for supporting their learning.
- Prepare periodic reports on student progress, sharing insights with the school management and parents.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, tools, and resources to enhance Mathematics instruction.
- Participate in professional development activities, workshops, and school meetings to continually improve teaching techniques.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop new ideas for teaching Mathematics.
- **Extra-Curricular Involvement**:

- Encourage student involvement in Math-related competitions, workshops, and extra-curricular activities to enhance their learning experience.
- Participate in school events, helping organize academic and extracurricular programs related to Mathematics.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
