**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and create visually engaging designs for print and digital media, including brochures, posters, social media posts, banners, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- Design brand assets such as logos, visual identities, and style guides to establish and maintain a strong brand presence.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all design materials and touchpoints.
- Prepare and optimize designs for various platforms, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Assist in the development of branding strategies to align visual elements with the company’s mission and values.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to produce fresh, innovative designs.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

**Key Requirements**
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in graphic design and branding.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and versatile design work, including branding projects.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
- Basic understanding of web design and UI/UX principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to adapt to feedback.
