The Account Manager_ Creative Agency_ will lead the conceptualization and execution of visually stunning events that showcase our clients' brands and messages. This individual will work closely with clients and collaborate with our in-house team of designers, technologists, and content creators to bring imaginative event concepts to life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Project Management:

- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure

seamless event delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, technology, content creation) to

ensure all elements are executed flawlessly.
- Client Collaboration:

- Establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their brand vision,

messaging, and experiential goals.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular updates to ensure

alignment throughout the planning and production process.
- Innovation and Technology Integration:

- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in visual content

production and event design.
- Integrate cutting-edge technologies and interactive elements to enhance

event experiences.
- Problem-Solving:

- Identify potential challenges and proactively develop solutions to ensure a

seamless and successful event execution.
- Adapt to changing circumstances and unexpected situations with creativity

and resourcefulness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Event Management, Design, Visual

Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in event planning or production, with a focus on

creative direction and visual content creation.
- Impressive portfolio showcasing successful events and visually captivating projects.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
