**Job Summary**
Interior Designer cum estimator for commercial interior fitout projects..
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Oversee the end-to-end design of all current and future projects
- Influence design led thinking across the business
- Take a lead role in managing the design and creative elements of projects and be point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Build systems and communication tools to seamlessly collaborate with all internal partners throughout the design, planning and buildout process
- Lead concept development in relation to design and creative outputs
- Ensure that design and creative projects are delivered on time and to budget ensuring commercial success
- Provide quality control over design outputs and production
- Work with other verticals such as the Sourcing and Project and Facility team to deliver projects and activity against deadlines
- Serve as design expert advisor to support the Management team by providing early input for scope, cost and timeline assumptions as new locations are reviewed

Job Requirements:

- 4 - 10 years of experience leading a team of interior designers and/or architects
- Professional degree from an accredited program required. (Design or Architecture)
- Masters level degree preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to lead design projects from concept to completion
- Experience with software including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, AUTOCAD etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- At least four years experience in a senior designer role including concept development and client contact
- Strong leadership, business development and communication skills.
