**Key Responsibilities**:
**Library Management**:Organize and maintain the school library, including cataloging and classifying library materials.
Manage the library budget for acquisitions and subscriptions.
Ensure a conducive and welcoming atmosphere in the library.

**Resource Selection**:Select, acquire, and evaluate library resources, including books, periodicals, and digital materials.
Collaborate with teachers to align library resources with the school curriculum.
Stay informed about new releases, educational trends, and advancements in library science.

**User Assistance**:Assist students and teachers in locating, evaluating, and utilizing library resources.
Provide guidance on research methods and information literacy skills.
Offer support for technology use in the library.

**Library Programs**:Develop and implement programs to promote reading, literacy, and a love for learning.
Organize events, book fairs, and other activities to engage students and the school community.

**Collaboration**:Collaborate with teachers to integrate library resources into lesson plans.
Work with other educators to promote interdisciplinary learning.
Participate in school committees and professional development activities.

**Technology Integration**:Stay abreast of technological developments in library science.
Integrate digital resources and technology tools into library services.
Train students and staff on the use of library technology.

**Administrative Duties**:Maintain accurate records of library holdings, transactions, and budget expenditures.
Prepare and present reports on library activities to school administrators and stakeholders.

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in a school library setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with educational standards and curriculum alignment of CBSE.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
