Job Summary:
As a Academic Counsellor, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships and promoting the courses to students, professionals and institutions. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our reach in the EdTech sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and connect with potential students, professionals, and educational institutions.
- Generate and nurture leads through various online and offline channels.
- Explain courses and training programs to prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective business strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Any Bachelor's degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively present and explain products and services.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented and eager to learn.
- Good problem-solving skills and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of the EdTech industry and digital learning trends (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
