- **Market Updates**: Provide regular updates on stock market trends, investment opportunities, and the performance of different financial instruments to keep clients informed and engaged.
- **Achieving Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets related to new accounts, trades, or subscriptions to other services.
- **Follow-Up and Relationship Management**: Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and identify opportunities for further investment.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the latest market trends, investment products, and financial tools to effectively educate clients.
- **Customer Support**: Assist clients with queries related to their stock trading accounts, transactions, and provide ongoing support.
- **Record Keeping**: Update CRM software with accurate client information, sales activities, and lead status to ensure smooth operations and follow-ups.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all communication with clients complies with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Understanding of Financial Markets**: Basic knowledge of stock markets, trading, equity investments, mutual funds, and related financial products is preferred.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms.
- **Sales Expertise**: Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or other sales roles, with the ability to close deals over the phone.
- **Target-Oriented**: Ability to work towards sales targets and performance goals, with a focus on generating revenue.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: Strong customer service skills with the ability to understand client needs and offer solutions accordingly.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in using CRM software and basic MS Office tools.
- **Persistence and Resilience**: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced sales environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
