o Overseeing the performance of the students by taking feedback from the faculty members and sharing the feedback and performance results with the students and their parents.
- Establish and maintain a good report with the students and parents and get class feedback from them regularly.
- Identify and escalate issues submitted by the students and their parents and submit a report to the management team.
- Ensure proper updation of students in the student management software and related activities.
- Inform students of deadlines for submission of course work, fee payments, moderation of assessment, internal assessments and any other reports/documentation.
- Ensuring all required documentation is provided by students.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the service.
- Answering all queries and questions regarding the service and maintain accurate records of customer information and interactions.
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years
- Qualification: Any Degree
- Language Proficiency:
English: Professional level - both in written & communication
Malayalam: Communicative level
- Immediate availability for joining
