Sola Wood Flowers is seeking a full-time assistant media buyer to join our team

Sola Wood Flowers is transforming what artificial flowers can be.

How? With our wooden flowers. They are eco-friendly, beautiful & affordable

Our fast-growing company has grown to 120+ people in less than 2 years and is looking to continue our rapid-growth with a great Senior Marketing Associate. We currently sell under two brands - Sola Wood Flowers & Forever Floral.

Our founders have previously scaled & sold consumer brands, and are looking to do it again with a larger exit.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop ad creative and messaging
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to make recommendations for optimization
- Stay up to date with industry trends and new platform features
- Assist in the creation of reports and presentations

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in Facebook and Google Ads media buying
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with campaign management and analytics tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Excellent attention to detail

Compensation is tied to performance and your ability to learn & grow alongside the company.

We set clear goals/roadmaps for everyone on our team - which makes it easy to know what you have to do to increase your compensation.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- US shift
