**Job Title: Tele Sales Representative**

**Location: Noida sector 2, NCR**

**Position Type: Full-time, Day Shift**

**Salary
- 10000-13000(Based on Interview)**

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.

2. Present and explain products/services, highlighting key features and benefits to meet customer needs.

3. Effectively communicate product/service information, pricing, and promotional offers.

4. Listen attentively to customer inquiries, providing accurate information or resolving issues promptly.

5. Utilize persuasive sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales.

6. Maintain professionalism and high levels of customer service during all interactions.

7. Achieve individual and team sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.

8. Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and sales details in the CRM system.

9. Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

10. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques through training and self-study.

**Requirements**:

- Possession of a personal laptop for work purposes is viewed positively.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while thriving independently.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue sales opportunities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- Willingness to undergo training and continuous development to enhance sales skills.
