- Providing theoretical and practical training in various hair courses
- Team management and supervision
- Daily reporting
- Periodical technical evaluations of staff
- Conducting hairstylist interviews
- Visiting different branches for staff analysis
- Coordinating with external trainers
- Researching new hair products
- Resolving client issues at salon

**Eligibility - Any person having 5 years + as a hairstylist.**:
