We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telemarketer to join our car workshop team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our services, and scheduling appointments with potential customers over the phone. Your primary goal will be to increase sales and expand our customer base.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our car workshop services.

2. Explain the benefits of our services and address any questions or concerns that potential customers may have.

3. Qualify leads and identify potential customers who would benefit from our services.

4. Schedule appointments for customers to bring their vehicles to our workshop for service or repairs.

5. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in our CRM system.

6. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to effectively communicate the value of our services.

**Requirements**:
1. Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Strong persuasive abilities and a passion for sales.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

6. Knowledge of automotive industry terminology and services is a plus.

7. High school diploma or equivalent.
