**Job description**
- Develop and implement engaging and structured lesson plans for English courses.
- Assess student performance through essays, project and presentations.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students to enhance their language skills.
- Create a positive and interactive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Collaborate with other teachers, administrative staff, and parents to support student development.
- Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies and integrates them in to classroom instruction.
- Prepare students for important examinations and guide them towards academic success.

**Qualifications**
- Master's degree in English Literature or a related field.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree ora relevant teaching certification.
- Proven experience teaching English at the secondary or senior secondary level.
- Strong command of English grammar, literature, and composition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage ,inspire, and motivate students.
