**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and effective English lessons tailored to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student motivation and support.
- Teach various aspects of English, including literature, language skills, critical analysis, reading, writing, and speaking.
- Employ a variety of instructional methods and resources to enhance student learning and achievement.
- Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to develop curriculum, assessments, and teaching materials.
- Actively participate in professional development activities to stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in English education.
- Contribute to the overall academic and co-curricular programs of the academy by engaging in school events, committees, and initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in English or a related field from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a CBSE or ICSE affiliated school.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology for instructional purposes.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in English education.
