**Responsibilities**:

- **Cold Calling Executive**: Reach out to potential clients, generate leads, and set appointments.
- **Client Interaction Specialist**: Handle client queries, provide updates, and maintain client satisfaction.
- **US Tax Preparer**: Assist in preparing and filing US tax returns accurately and timely.
- Maintain records of client interactions and update CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
- Good communication skills
- Interest in US taxation domain
- Ability to work in a team and handle client interactions professionally
