Commerce Faculty

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the curriculum standards. - Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, exams, and other evaluation methods. - Provide academic guidance and support to students to help them achieve their educational goals. - Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of Commerce and incorporate relevant information into the curriculum. - Participate in faculty meetings, and professional development activities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the academic program. Qualifications: - A Master’s degree in Commerce or a related field. - Previous teaching experience at the junior college or higher secondary level is highly desirable. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using modern teaching tools and technology. 3 years experience in teaching field preferably "MCOM" Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Paid sick time - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental Pay: - Yearly bonus **Education**: - Bachelor's (required) **Experience**: - TEACHING: 2 years (required) **Language**: - English (required) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 31/01/2025 Expected Start Date: 01/05/2025
