Office Assistant Sales

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents
- Follow up with clients regarding orders, queries, documentation, and service updates
- Organize and maintain sales records, customer data, and paperwork
- Perform accurate data entry and manage records in Excel and internal systems
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
- Support day-to-day administrative and back-office tasks related to the sales department
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
- Good communication skills in **English**
- Basic knowledge of **Microsoft Office** (Excel, Word) and **Mail**
- Ability to learn basic technical details about products
- Highly organized, with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Prior internship or experience in a sales support role is a plus but not required
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
