**About the Role**:
Merida Tech Minds is seeking an experienced Counselor with expertise in concept sales within the training services industry. This dynamic role involves articulating the value of our top-notch training programs to both individual clients and corporate entities. We are looking for a persuasive communicator who is passionate about helping others achieve their professional goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate and manage lead generation through cold calls and digital marketing.
- Build and nurture relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Analyze client needs to recommend tailored training solutions.
- Deliver impactful presentations to promote our training services.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Accurately document client interactions and sales activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in concept sales, ideally within the training industry.
- Fluency in English and local languages.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Familiarity with digital marketing techniques is a plus.

**Key Result Areas (KRA)**:

- Consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Surpass client expectations with every interaction.

**Location**: Bangalore, Jayanagar 4th block

**Job Type**: Full-time | On-site | Mon to Sat | 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

**Note**:
Laptop is Mandatory.
